Handle full set of accounts:
AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation.
Day-to-day operations and activities in Accounts Department.
Responsible for monthly cash flow and petty cash of the company.
Ensure timely collection from customers and payments to suppliers.
Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports.
Perform administrative work as when required.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks / duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
At least Diploma in LCCI Accounting/ Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/AccountancyMinimum 1 year related experience preferred.
Fresh Graduates are welcome. Training and guidance provided.
Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Required to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
Meticulous with high sense of responsibility and integrity.
Familiar with Accounting System and standards.
Applicants must be willing to work at Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
