**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage financial records by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
- Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices and purchase orders.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax reporting.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company, such as sales and operations, to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in account,finance or related field.
- Minimum 1 to 2 experiences as an Account Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in SQL accounting software in advantages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport to travel to work.
- Willingness to work at the office.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting Executive: 2 years (preferred)
