We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Centre Manager to oversee the operations of a Singapore Math enrichment centre located in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the centre, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional educational services to our students. Our classes are delivered both in-person and online.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the Math Enrichment Centre.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain students.
- Be part of the teaching team to teach Singapore math to primary school-going children.
- Recruit, train, and supervise teaching staff to maintain high-quality delivery of classes.
- Coordinate and oversee student assessments and progress tracking.
- Maintain a positive learning environment for students and staff.
- Handle parent inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner.
- Monitor and manage the centre's budget and expenses effectively.
- Collaborate with the management to develop marketing and promotional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in teaching, education management, or related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and have great passion for teaching.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
