Location Full job descriptionResponsibilities:
- Handles sales orders and inquiries.
- To assist in handling accounting data entry and daily operations of accounting functions.
- Records and assigns outdoor service to a suitable agent.
- Responsible for timely issuing of sales order, delivery order, invoice and credit note.
- Provides administrative support to the team/director to ensure smooth operations eg: meetings, functions and events.
- Checks stock level and stock location before issuing delivery order and invoice.
- Provides daily sales order report to the bosses.
- Keeps track and updates salesman regarding pending orders.
- Responsible for warehouse tasks.
- Assists in administrative duties.
- To update and maintain fixed assets records.
- Supports sales and marketing teams.
- To assist in implementation of process, procedures and internal control measure to ensure proper internal control system.
- Performs any other duties that may be assigned by the superior as and when required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Candidate related experience in Accounting is preferred.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
- PC literate; Proficiency in Excel and ERP software (SAP is an advantage)
- Good interpersonal skills, initiative, well-organized, positive working attitude and a fast learner.
- Must be able to multi-task, work under fast-paced environment, and have a good discipline with professional and pleasant personality, interpersonal skills and communication.
