About You:

You should be adaptable and self-assured in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where multitasking and meeting deadlines are essential.

You must possess outstanding interpersonal and networking skills and an innovative approach to engaging with both new and existing audiences locally and globally.


Day-to-day Responsibilities:
  • Act as the internal communications focal point at our new GO Centre in Kuala Lumpur, supporting the GO Centre MD in engaging and communicating with local colleagues while elevating Kuala Lumpur's success and MD visibility across Access's global channels.
  • Be part of the broader Global Communications and Engagement Centre of Excellence within the Employee Success function, reporting directly to the APAC Internal Communications and Engagement Partner.
  • Be based in Kuala Lumpur and spend at least three days per week at our state-of-the-art Kuala Lumpur GO Centre.

The role is centered on communications and event coordination, including:

  • Assisting the Kuala Lumpur MD in developing and implementing an engaging storytelling and communications strategy to involve local colleagues and ensure an exceptional employee experience at the GO Centre.
  • Supporting the Kuala Lumpur MD with colleague events and internal speaking opportunities such as all-hands meetings, Kick Off sessions, and other key cultural events.
  • Managing local internal communications channels to ensure timely and engaging content aligned with the Access brand guidelines.
  • Creating high-quality communications content and events that resonate with the audience, providing clarity, excitement, and engagement at the Kuala Lumpur GO Centre.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of communications and events through various analytics and collaborating with key stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with the Global Giving Business Partner and Giving Champions to promote local giving initiatives.

  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
  • Event management experience and a strong dedication to enhancing the employee experience.
  • Proficiency in senior stakeholder management.
  • A unique perspective and the ability to create compelling content.
  • Skills in various design software and digital platforms such as Canva, video editing, and Sharepoint.
  • Project management experience to prioritize and execute communication initiatives efficiently.
  • A vibrant and innovative personality, eager to contribute to a growing global communications center of excellence.
