ADMIN/ACCOUNT ASSISTANT(office located at Bandar Puteri Puchong) RESPONSIBILITIES1. Administrative/Account assistants2. Perform administrative and office support for Director3. Assist Director in daily task related to all companies and personal.4. Maintain efficient filling system for audit and statutory requirement5. Prepare payment voucher, official receipts, invoice, claims, report and any related matter to the accounts6. Maintenance of financial records, including reconciliation and general ledger7. To liaise with company secretary, accountant and auditor8.

Assist in other duties in relation with administration and accounts or financial matter as required from time to timeJOB REQUIREMENT1.

A diploma or equivalent work experience is preferred.2. Knowledge in Accounting is added advantage3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.5. Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.6. Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.7. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.8. Problem-solving skills and adaptability.9. Professionalism and a positive attitude.

Salary Range:
RM 2, RM 2,700.00 per month(Kindly state your current and expected salary in your resume)
