We are seeking an Account & Admin Assistant to assist the Accounting department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, and preparing budgets and reports.

To be eligible, you will require:

  • At least a Diploma/Professional Certificate in accounting.
  • Knowledge in full set of accounting/bookkeeping.
  • Knowledge in computerized accounting software.
  • At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Book-keeping daily transactions and routine.
  • Matching accounts with third party.
  • Reconcile accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Filing daily documents accordingly.
  • Monthly stock take of products.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
