Job Responsibilities:

  1. Create graphic elements such as logos, icons, illustrations, and images using design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
  2. Responsible for the designing works for materials required by production and manufacturing teams, such as images and artworks required for packaging, product labeling designs, and any other matters.
  3. Develop creative direction in harmony with marketing/communication briefs for Group-level brand and marketing campaigns.
  4. Assist the Marketing/Communications team with any design works required for promotional marketing collaterals such as POSM, posters, backdrops, and any other collaterals required for events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  5. Develop high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns. This includes proofreading content to ensure it is clear, compelling, and on-brand.
  6. Responsible for all creative graphic design conceptualization of content from execution to fit the management/marketing/communications/production team's requirements.
  7. When required, liaise and organize with print vendors and/or assist with ad-hoc office tasks.
  8. Assist with ad-hoc office tasks when required.
  9. Priority will be given to candidates with knowledge in online social media video production and editing.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Art/Design/Graphic Design.
  2. 2-year experience as a graphic/creative designer; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  3. Experience in the related field is required for this position; a small screening design assignment may be given when required.
  4. Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Animation, GIF, Video Editing, and other graphic design software is an added advantage.
  5. Understanding of marketing, production, POSM designs, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
  6. Please submit your portfolio along with a resume containing clear information.
  7. Good communication skills in written and spoken English & BM; the ability to converse in any other language will be an added advantage.
  8. Good interpersonal and communication skills; highly motivated, dynamic, versatile, creative, able to think outside the box, mature, and able to work independently.
