About the Role

Due to internal movements, we have a permanent opportunity available to join our Hire to Retire HR Service Partnership teams. If you are a Skilled HR generalist professional with strong HR partnering and stakeholder engagement experience, process governance skills and you are proactive, driven and ready to make a difference, then this is a great opportunity for you to join our team. As a HR Service Partner, you will:

  • Lead proactive HR partnering with data uplift through regular cadences with leaders, ensuring accurate and timely master data processing.
  • Act as a concierge for your line leaders to handle complex or sensitive cases which require escalation management and drive for resolution.
  • Support leaders with HR Policy support and interpretation.
  • Collaborate with leaders and partner with the line to support planning activities linked to transactional work.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the GBS HR value chain.
  • Assist leaders in navigating the broader HR sub functions.
  • Work closely with our HR Operations team and provide Asset/Function specific context where required.
  • Provide support with restructures, including org structure changes, bulk people moves/people data submissions.
  • Execute HR projects and initiatives aligned to the operational priorities of the team and function.

About You

  • Skilled HR generalist professional with strong HR partnering and engagement skills, process governance skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, problem solving, risk management, organisational skills will be critical to your success in this role, as will your attention to detail and your talent to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to influence outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyse information, with the skills and knowledge to provide critical thinking and a solution focused nature.
  • Understanding of HR tools, processes and systems. Experience using SAP and Success Factors (would be of benefit but not a must).
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset and can actively identify opportunities for improved customer outcomes. Demonstrate a growth mindset and strong learning agility.
