As part of our aggressive expansion into Johor Bahru, Malaysia, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the development and execution of human resources strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role will initially be predominantly based in Johor Bahru due to the exciting developments happening in this city.
If you are successful in this role, you will have the opportunity to work in an all star team to work with the right players, obtain an attractive remuneration package.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the specific implementation of HR tasks, including training, performance management, and employee development, within the supported department, effectively driving the implementation of various HR policies in the department.
- Advocate and implement company culture, interact with management and employees, establish effective and diverse channels to ensure smooth communication of information within the organization.
- Employee relations management, regularly communicate with employees to understand their perspectives and focus on employee development.
- Assist managers in effectively leading teams, promote internal team building within the business department to make the organization more dynamic.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Over 5 years of experience in human resources management, with at least 3 years of experience as an HRBP.
- Proficient in local human resources policies, regulations, and the work processes of various modules in human resources management.
- Positive personality, with excellent communication and coordination skills, resilience under pressure, a strong sense of responsibility, and a spirit of teamwork.
- Strong execution and problem-solving skills, capable of driving quick and effective problem resolution.
- Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Capable of cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
