Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop organizational capacity to achieve desired outcomes through strong teams
- Establish effective leadership, functional, and operational teams dedicated to achieving operational and customer service excellence. Ensure seamless integration between site leadership, regional, and corporate resources to reach common manufacturing solution objectives.
- Foster a shift in culture
- Cultivate an environment where PSOE and BEST methodologies drive continuous improvement. Implement strategies, processes, and metrics that promote a culture of increasing employee engagement on-site. Equip leaders with the necessary skills to guide their teams through ongoing changes effectively.
- Drive Operational Excellence
- Utilize a blend of data, experience, and intuition to navigate ambiguity successfully. Align processes, organizational capacity, and culture to consistently meet PSOE targets. Implement a robust management system that enhances transparency regarding progress towards Operational Excellence objectives.
- Promote Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure that processes, organizational capacity, and culture work together to consistently fulfill customer commitments. Foster strong partnerships with the customer service team to deliver mutually beneficial solutions and share responsibility for addressing the challenges of our complex manufacturing environment.
- Achieve Site Financial and Performance Targets
- Comprehend customer requirements and deliver forecasted results for the site.
- Strike a balance between short-term and long-term quality goals effectively.
- Maintain transparency and accuracy in financial and performance data to facilitate informed and timely decision-making aligned with regional and site strategies.


Education Requirements
  • Degree / Master Degree / PhD in any discipline.
  • Certificate / Diploma with min 8 years related working experience or equivalent will be considered.
  • Technical or Science Degree / Master Degree / PhD / Professional Certification in related discipline.
