Marketing Executive

To assist in setting up the sales booths and serve the potential clients to close the salesTo assist related department to liaison with lawyers, authorities, bankers, valuers, for any matters linked to sales and marketingTo collaborate with the sales team to create compelling presentations and promotional materials for property viewingsTo collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategiesTo conduct market intelligence research, analyzing demand, trends and direction of product, systems and industriesTo develop and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns to promote properties and generate leadsTo ensure that all marketing materials adhere to rule and regulation of authority guidelineTo identify, develop and evaluate sales and marketing strategies, promotions, events & activitiesTo monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate industryTo plan and coordinate property showcases, open houses, and other events to attract potential buyersTo prepare regular reports on post-activity analysis, sales performance, marketing effectiveness, key performance indicators and update marketing strategy every quarterTo provide regular feedback to superior and management regarding customer feedback, market trends, and the effectiveness of marketing strategiesTo plan the activity and marketing strategy to improve group of companies corporate image and brandingTo increase the company's market visibility and exposure and handle any internal event or activities.
To work closely with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfactionTo manage other ad-hoc administrative request and operation task by the Management from time to timeTo have problem solving skill and strong communication skillTo have the ability to analysis data from social media and generate report for presentation to managementTo assist in setting up the sales booths and serve the potential clients to close the salesTo collaborate with different department to deliver the marketing services
