About the Role

We're on the lookout for a highly motivated Sales Operations Executive to join our awesome sales team. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations to back up the sales initiatives within the team.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source and generate sales leads and opportunities for all brands under RPG's portfolio.
  • Schedule sales meetings with potential leads and assign leads to Sales & Partnership reps for follow-up.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and competitor analysis.
  • Process order requests, arrange for order logistics and shipments, and manage payments collection.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for process enhancement and optimize sales operations.
  • Evaluate and manage sales tools and technologies to boost the sales team's effectiveness.
  • Present comprehensive sales data and reports to the team and management.
  • Foster communication and collaboration between sales and other departments to align goals.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or sales analytics.
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of sales processes and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and driving sales excellence.
  • Full-time job with a 5-day work week schedule.
