Monitor service delivery quality to ensure the highest level of customer service experience. Review programs for continual improvement of training programs that align with industry needs. Plan, organize, and control the internal administration of the organisation and participate in formulating administrative and human resource policies.Devise procedures to ensure the adequacy of information and communication channels within the company and initiate studies of the organisation, including work methods.
Ensure that Malaysia's legal and statutory requirements of the company are met and furnish statements on these subjects as required.
Negotiate and deal with suppliers of business services such as office supplies. General office management, management of administration staff, and finance.
