Account Executive

Data entry & updating database for account receivable.
Prepare Customer Aging Report for Salesperson and Director.
Provide Statement of account to customer and monitoring outstanding payment from customer.
To prepare daily sales report to Director.
General duties such as documentation and filling, data entry, handle incoming emails and phone inquiries.
Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Minimum LCCI or Diploma or higher qualification in accounting.2 years' experience in accounting environment.
Computer literate.
Ability to speak Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
