**Role Overview**:
As an Internal Accounts & Finance Executive in the Internal Division at TOP Beraten Malaysia, you'll oversee daily financial operations, ensure transaction accuracy, prepare reports, and contribute to financial analysis and planning. Collaborate across departments for compliance and align financial strategies with organizational goals, while also handling administrative duties.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements for management review.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the internal team, including tasks like handling office supplies and assisting with administrative duties when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
