Accountant Clerk

1. Responsible for daily operations and assisting in preparing a complete set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
2. Timely prepare reconciliations for creditors, debtors, and bank statements to ensure accurate recording of all transactions.
3. Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.
4. Perform basic administrative tasks such as document filing and data entry.
5. Process transactions, make payments, and update financial records.
6. Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records.
7. Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
8. Input and update invoices from creditors.
9. Verify invoices and register them in the system.
10. Reconcile statements and perform reconciliations.
11. Update cash flow statements.
12. Handle online payments as needed, ensuring compliance with company internal policies/processes.
13. Generate checks.
14. Input payment vouchers.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
