As a digital healthcare leader, WhiteCoat partners with global insurance giant, AIA, large conglomerates, and other government and financial organisations to spearhead the way for wider access to affordable healthcare across the Southeast Asia region.

We're seeking an experienced Senior / Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of our digital healthcare platform, focusing on virtual care solutions, patient engagement, and clinical management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Strategy & Development

    1. Lead product vision and strategy across mobile applications, healthcare provider portals, and clinical management systems

    2. Define and prioritize product requirements for core features including virtual consultations, digital mental health platform, and cross-border healthcare solutions

    3. Drive product roadmap planning and execution across multiple Southeast Asian markets

  2. Technical Leadership

    1. Collaborate with engineering teams on API integrations, security implementations (multi-factor authentication, access control), and system architecture decisions

    2. Oversee development of key platform components including payment processing, prescription management, and healthcare partner integrations

    3. Drive technical decisions around external service integrations for video, security, and digital signatures

  3. Stakeholder Management

    1. Work closely with clinical teams to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

    2. Partner with business teams to align product development with revenue objectives

    3. Manage relationships with external partners including insurance providers and corporate clients

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology or related fields

  2. Strong technical background with understanding of API architectures, security protocols, and healthcare integrations

  3. Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership

  4. Track record of successful product launches in regulated environments

  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with virtual care or digital health platforms

  2. Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements across Southeast Asia

  3. Understanding of insurance and corporate healthcare systems

  4. Experience with digital mental health or wellness products
