We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer to join the team at COPPER MANSION (SG LONG) SDN. BHD. in Sungai Long, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of our supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials and goods to support our logistics processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. In charge of stock movement, receiving, recording, storing and deliveries.
  2. To ensure all goods receiving must in good conditions and accurately.
  3. To ensure stock inventory recorded is accurately.
  4. Process requisitions and requests for supplies.
  5. Prepare and package items for delivery or distribution to other departments.
  6. To practice regular stock check to ensure the physical stock quantity tallies with updated stock record.
  7. Follow all safety rules and quality standards.
  8. To receive incoming goods from suppliers according to correct DO item and quantity, verification on expiry date of goods.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  4. Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
  5. Familiarity with inventory management, logistics, and procurement best practices.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
