HR & Admin Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource and Admin functions.
  • Handling new employee onboarding procedure including documents preparation, orientation, and offboarding procedures including exit interview, letter preparation, ensuring positive effects on the company.
  • Responsible for recruitment job posting, screening, interview arrangement, and managing recruitment progress.
  • Monthly payroll processing and paying respective statutory contributions.
  • Propose and arrange for the necessary training and development to ensure improvement of employees' skill sets.
  • Liaise with statutory bodies if there's a necessity.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR database.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist expatriate employees regarding working permits, visas, passport renewals, and related legal requirements.
  • Carry out administrative functions such as office management, updating tenancy agreements, arranging business travel for management, meeting and event arrangements, license renewals, and handling incoming calls to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in checking and verifying employees' claims (hardcopy and system checking).
Job Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Preferred at least 1 year of work experience in a related field.
  • Good understanding of EA1955 and IR Act 1967.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with HQ in China.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
