Assist in daily administrative work and other tasks as assigned by management.

Checks stock level on a monthly basis.

Reviews month-end posting transactions to ensure the accuracy & correctness of the accounts.

Prepare the necessary analysis report for purchasing purposes.

Job Description

Requirements:

Mandarin speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Must possess Degree in Accounting or Finance or Professional Certificate (ACCA, CIMA, etc).

Proficient writing and speaking in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, and fluent in local dialects (Hokkien, Teow Chow) is an added advantage.

Possess strong sense of urgency.

Responsible, committed, and disciplined person.

Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office; SQL Accounting software will be an advantage.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Willing to learn and take on added responsibilities.

Applicant must be willing to work in Nibong Tebal or Penang or Shah Alam.

Salary: RM2,000 and/or above (Depending on qualifications/working experience).

Working Days: 5 days per week.
