Location: Smilebay Signature Advanced Implant Centre (Georgetown, Penang)
As an Assistant Clinic Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our clinic, maintaining excellent patient care, and supporting the clinic manager in administrative and managerial tasks.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency
- Assisting in staff supervision, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Ensuring excellent patient experience and handling patient inquiries professionally
- Managing inventory, procurement, and clinic resources effectively
- Supporting the implementation of clinic policies and SOPs
- Coordinating with dental professionals and administrative staff to maintain high service standards
- Handling reports, documentation, and liaising with management on clinic performance
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in healthcare/dental management is an advantage
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
