As an Admin & Human Resource Executive, you will support management and the HR team in handling a wide range of administrative and HR tasks. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning
  • Support full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Assist in payroll processing, leave tracking, and employee benefits administration
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance
  • Coordinate training programs, internal communication, and staff events
What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in administrative or HR roles
  • Good understanding of HR policies and Malaysian employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
