Technical Support Protege Trainee (Ref. No. R1007851)

at our location in Kuala-Lumpur

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

Reporting to the Project Manager, the candidates will be ready to assist the Technical Engineer for the Project activities.
  1. The skill for data analytics.
  2. The understanding of circuit diagrams.
  3. Networking / Data Communication System knowledge would be preferred.
  4. Facilitate workshops and other meetings, including documenting agendas, minutes and following up where appropriate.
  5. Interface with customers and support testing activities.
You have:
  1. Bachelor level in a relevant discipline (e.g. Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications / Mechanical Engineering), Postgraduate qualifications are welcome but not essential.
  2. Strong MS Office skills (e.g., the knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.) and skill of AutoCAD and other software (e.g., relevant Engineering Software) which will be the benefit throughout this role.
  3. Ability to work in a team environment.
  4. Maintain a high degree of professionalism in the job and in relations with others.
  5. The skills to grasp complex technical concepts quickly, including process flows and policies.
  6. The ability to collate information and produce comprehensive reports.
  7. An eye for detail and the ability to analyze problems and develop practical solutions.
  8. The skills to plan and organize workload and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
