KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership & Business Operations

  1. Take charge of SPEED's overall business operations, ensuring seamless workflows, system efficiency, and high-performing teams.
  2. Shape and drive strategic decision-making, aligning operational execution with business objectives.
  3. Work cross-functionally with finance, procurement, marketing, and customer service to optimize processes and support business growth.

Operational Excellence & Performance Optimization

  1. Continuously refine processes, implement best practices, and spearhead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
  2. Proactively drive revenue optimization, ensuring company targets are not just met but exceeded.
  3. Champion customer-centric operations, delivering top-tier products and services that surpass expectations.
  4. Design and lead customer engagement initiatives to strengthen satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Strategize and implement product upselling initiatives to maximize revenue and market expansion.
  6. Lead and guide the team to achieve procurement value targets in line with company objectives.
  7. Oversee procurement invoice management, ensuring timely processing and resolution of outstanding payments.
  8. Monitor financial transactions and payment collections to maintain financial stability and compliance.

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

  1. Cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships with key players, government agencies, and industry stakeholders to enhance market presence.
  2. Actively participate in task force meetings, contributing insights and strategies to drive industry growth.
  3. Develop persuasive business proposals to attract new clients and strengthen existing relationships, fueling business expansion.

Leadership & Communication

  1. Lead dynamic team meetings, ensuring clear alignment across customer service, procurement, and technical operations.
  2. Partner with CEOs and senior leadership to support high-level negotiations and resolve complex operational challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or Advance Degree is preferred.
  2. At least 15+ years working experience in business operations, with 7–10 years in senior management overseeing multiple departments.
  3. Strong background in IT products, services, and market trends, with experience managing tech-driven operations.
  4. Proven expertise in streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and improving cross-functional collaboration.
  5. Skilled in budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization to maximize business profitability.
  6. Experience in optimizing operations across procurement, finance, marketing, and customer service, leveraging digital transformation initiatives.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication, confident in delivering presentations and reports to executive leadership.
  8. Strong understanding of IT systems and operational software to drive efficiency.
