About the Role:

  • You will oversee the day-to-day management of our service delivery operations, ensuring that resources are optimized and that customer requests are fulfilled within agreed-upon service levels.
  • A comprehensive understanding of our customers' contractual agreements is crucial in driving the fulfillment of requests and services.
  • You will communicate effectively with key personnel on daily operational support and engage with customers and/or vendors to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Escalations and complaints must be managed with priority and diligence, assessing situations, issues, and opportunities as needed.

Requirements:

  • A degree with industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling is preferred.
  • Excellent English language proficiency with strong oral and written communication skills is essential.
  • You must be able to influence and guide individuals and groups towards achieving their goals.
  • Attention to detail, time management, decision-making, prioritization, and organization skills are also required.
