Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer to support the company in day-to-day visualization work. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery of creative visuals for brands & campaigns on multiple digital/social channels.

This job requires you to:

  • Be familiar with developing visuals for ATL/Print, BTL & Digital channels (Meta/IG/LinkedIn/TikTok)
  • Design based on brand requirements and guidelines
  • Digital imaging, cropping, and soft touches of visuals
  • Support the team with brainstorming & ideas for social media content
  • Maturity to solve creative problems and mentor juniors in technical executions

This is a position that will challenge you with criticism and rejection. You will plan and manage multiple design tasks at hand, work as a team, and be a player to dive in when the going gets tough. A place where you can take risks and most importantly fail.

Job Requirements

Designers who wish to move up to a senior role are encouraged to apply

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the advertising & creative industry
  • Creative & adventurous
  • Experience with design approaches & best practices in Adobe Creative Suite software
  • Experience with design applications for digital, particularly Adobe Illustrator
  • Preferably specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate proficiently in English (other languages are an added advantage)
  • An appreciation for how great work gets done and a commitment to ensuring creative excellence/output
  • Insatiably curious, a lifelong learner
  • Know when to accept constructive criticism, and when to fight for what you believe is best for the client, not the bosses.
  • Must be able to work in a dog-friendly environment
