Job Description

We craft culture-driven campaigns that inspire and connect audiences. We are looking for a Sr. Graphic Designer who can bring bold ideas to life and elevate our creative solutions. As a key part of our creative team, you'll oversee visual storytelling across multiple mediums and ensure designs align with client goals and our agency's vision.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of impactful visuals for campaigns, digital content, and branding.
  • Develop original graphics for web, social media, digital signage, and mobile apps.
  • Work closely with the strategy, multimedia, and creative teams to brainstorm ideas and execute cohesive design solutions.
  • Manage and mentor junior designers to uphold creative excellence and deliver projects on time.
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from ideation to final delivery, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Present design concepts to clients and adapt based on feedback while staying true to the brand identity.
  • Research and incorporate the latest design trends and technologies to keep Geckos Inc. at the cutting edge of creativity.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with at least 3+ years in a similar role (agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of branding, digital campaigns, and creative content.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to design for multiple platforms.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills to guide and mentor a team.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with internal teams and clients.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of design quality.
  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for culture, trends, and innovative storytelling.
