The Kettle Gourmet is seeking an independent, dynamic and results-driven Senior Brand Executive to join our startup A-team. You will play a critical role in managing and executing marketing initiatives, building brand awareness, and driving strategic growth for our snack food business. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to lead marketing projects, manage budgets effectively, and contribute to strengthening our brand through innovative and impactful campaigns. Occasional travel may be required to support marketing activities and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Building: Develop and implement strategies to elevate The Kettle Gourmet's brand presence. Create engaging campaigns that resonate with customers and enhance our position as a leading snack brand in the market.

Brand Growth Support: Assist the Brand Manager in driving product performance and growth through various avenues such as influencer marketing, PR releases, Meta Ads, e-commerce store optimisations (Shopify) and marketplace (Lazada and Shopee) optimisations.

Project Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage resources, timelines, and deliverables for seamless execution.

Budget Management: Plan, manage, and track marketing budgets for various initiatives. Ensure efficient allocation of resources, monitor expenses, and report on ROI to achieve financial goals.

Creative Development: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create innovative marketing content. Ensure all materials align with our brand guidelines and captivate our target audience.

Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competition. Translate insights into actionable strategies to inform marketing efforts and new product initiatives.

Digital & Social Media Marketing: Drive customer engagement by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Optimize campaigns for reach, impact, and growth.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics. Provide regular reporting on KPIs and implement data-driven strategies to improve results.

Work closely with sales, product development, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

QUALIFICATION

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong background in brand building, project management, and digital marketing. Experience in the F&B or FMCG industry is highly desirable.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
  • Expertise in budgeting, tracking expenses, and optimizing marketing spend.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media and email marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
