About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Associate Brand Manager to join our team at IQVIA Argentina. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Marketing Manager in the development and execution of brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and tactical plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    • Manage the day-to-day activities related to brand performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
    • Monitor and evaluate brand performance using KPIs and provide recommendations for brand optimization.
  • Customer and Healthcare Provider Engagement
    • Engage with external stakeholders, including HCPs and hospital administrators, to promote the brand and gather market insights.
    • Build and maintain relationships with HCPs to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with market needs.
    • Leverage feedback from HCPs to improve brand positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Campaign Development and Execution
    • Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align with the brand's strategy and objectives.
    • Develop and implement marketing tactics across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events, to drive brand awareness and product adoption.
    • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective campaign execution and budget management.
    • Monitor and track campaign performance, using analytics to measure success and optimize future marketing activities.
  • Omnichannel Marketing
    • Collaborate with the sales team to integrate Veeva CRM data into marketing strategies, enhancing engagement and customer segmentation.
    • Develop omnichannel marketing strategies to reach HCPs through various channels, including email, webinar, face-to-face and digital content.
    • Analyze and report on the performance of omnichannel campaigns using Veeva CRM analytics to optimize customer engagement.
  • Brand and Market Analytics
    • Conduct brand and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
    • Analyze data from customer feedback, sales reports, and market research to assess the brand's performance and competitive positioning.
    • Prepare detailed reports on brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform brand decision-making.
    • Provide actionable insights from market analysis to guide future brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Product Launches and Lifecycle Management
    • Support the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
    • Work with internal teams to ensure consistency in product positioning, messaging, and marketing communications.
    • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in managing the brand throughout its lifecycle.
  • Event and Conference Management
    • Support the planning and execution of events, including conferences, workshops, and product presentations.
    • Collaborate with marketing admin to manage event logistics, including venue booking, speaker coordination, and promotional material distribution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, medical, regulatory and market access, to ensure seamless brand strategy execution.
    • Coordinate with sales teams to align brand campaigns with sales objectives and product positioning.
    • Work closely with the regulatory team to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Budget Management
    • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in managing the marketing budget for the brand, ensuring effective resource allocation.
    • Track and report on expenses related to marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.
