Responsibilities
  1. Monitor account performance and suggest improvements.
  2. Work with internal teams (marketing, customer support, etc.)
  3. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
  4. Responsible for the full set account.
  5. Ensure timely billing to stakeholders and compliance with AR & AP procedures by generating and raising invoices, debit, and credit notes.
  6. Perform comprehensive accounting and tax service.
  7. Coordinate & facilitate Annual Financial Audit Process.
  8. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management / head of department.
Requirement
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree.
  2. Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools.
  3. Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English or Chinese.
  4. Minimum 1 years of working experience.
  5. Committed, analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
