Assistant Brand Marketing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to work out the marketing strategies
- Plan and develop both strategic and tactical marketing campaigns across various channels which outline our strategic goals by detailing specific initiatives, timelines, and resource allocations
- Work out the brand monthly report and present it to management, use data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive brand growth
- Define KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies, allowing for ongoing adjustments and improvements
2. Inter-departmental Coordination & Liaison
- Act as the central point of contact between the marketing department and other departments, the go-to person for all marketing-related queries, facilitating information flow between departments, ensuring alignment in brand initiatives
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline communications and ensure effective execution of brand strategies
- Organize regular cross-departmental meetings to discuss ongoing projects, gather input, and ensure everyone is aligned with marketing goals
- Work closely with the China team to coordinate on marketing plans and campaign rollouts
3. Campaign Management
- Develop detailed campaign plans and briefs outlining objectives, target audiences, messaging, creative direction, and budget considerations
- Coordinate with stakeholders such as promotion, design, digital marketing, and event teams to ensure the smooth execution of the campaigns and that all elements are carried out as planned
- Continuously track campaign performance to ensure they meet KPIs, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and making adjustments as needed to optimize results
4. Budget Management
- Work out and oversee the brands' annual marketing budget, ensuring that all initiatives are executed within budget while maximizing ROI
- Periodically review budget allocations and adjust them as necessary based on performance metrics and changing business needs
- Provide regular budget reports, highlighting expenditures, variances, and forecasted spending
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or any related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or any related fields.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools like MS Office, and Google Suites.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms and trends.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
