Responsibilities
  • Manage the operations of the company's eCommerce platform which is Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, Zalora, Amazon, and others.
  • Execute eCommerce strategies that are relevant to new market trends and business opportunities in the global and local landscape.
  • Manage and upkeep the e-commerce operations and processes.
  • Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide insights on customer shopping trends and reports to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
  • Build relationships with marketplaces Key Account Managers and trusted premium ecommerce sellers.
  • Work with the performance marketing team to plan online ecommerce platform paid search marketing campaigns and partner with ecommerce vendors to leverage all marketing opportunities.
  • Provide analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by platform and country, new product sell-through and offer code performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that great customer experience and smooth campaign delivery.
  • Organize the movement of goods from distribution centers to customers and stores, involving forecasting trends and managing inventories.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the eCommerce field is preferred.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, business analytics, advertising/media, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong financial acumen and understanding of customer data/metrics.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communicator both in verbal and written form.
  • Adaptability and Creativity: Highly adaptable and has the ability to learn quickly and come up with prompt solutions for marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Team & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines when working on multiple projects with tight deadlines; decisive, have a positive can-do attitude, have a keen eye for detail, and take initiative.
  • Passion for building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment.
