CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR (Academy Nursing/ Clinical Nursing)

Summary of Duties:

  • To supervise students in clinical area or mentoring staff related to clinical.
  • To assist the integration, learning and adaptation of staff nurse and assistant nurse into the workforce of Tung Shin Hospital.

You will need to:

  • Provide hands-on clinical instruction and mentorship to nursing and healthcare students in various settings.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies in clinical setting that engage students and enhance their learning experience.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to aid their development.
  • Collaborate with faculty and healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive educational experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in healthcare education and practices.

Requirements:

  • A licensed and Registered Nurse.
  • Possess current Annual Practicing (APC) for nurses.
  • Has a minimum of five (5) years clinical working experience.
  • Possess post basic qualification(s).
  • Minimum Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor in Nursing will be an advantage.
