Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation, for the projects.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead the team and ensure all works are carried out and comply with the required specifications.
  • Maintain weekly progress dashboard and report on milestones.
  • Facilitate quick resolution of open issues.
  • Ensure all tracking systems are current and fully updated.
  • Present weekly progress summary to management.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in the telco industry is required for this position.
  • Proficient in both written English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Able to travel and work independently.
  • Must be a team player.
