  • Ensure proper representation at exhibitions in order to generate sales leads and enhance brand image.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationship to ensure satisfaction.
  • To manage sales and marketing budget and ensure compliance with company expenditure requirements.
  • To perform any other duties to be assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Marketing or other related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a managerial position of Sales/Marketing, preferably in property development.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Able to inspire, lead and manage the Sales team to implement Sales & Marketing strategies effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and dynamic with the ability to think creatively to achieve objectives.
  • Confident, proactive, self-driven and customer focus.
