As the Assistant Manager, Credit Card Portfolio at AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd, you will play a key role in managing the credit card portfolio and driving its growth and performance. This full-time position is located in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur and offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of this leading financial services provider.

What you'll be doing

  1. Analyze Credit Card portfolios to strategize an action plan to increase card activation, active ratio and credit limit utilization.
  2. Design and implement initiatives including marketing campaigns and system enhancement to maximize portfolio growth, profitability and improve customer experience.
  3. Review current processes or portfolio product/activities and propose possible processes or improvement for better customer experience.
  4. Managing the Portfolio team including preparing report performance of Credit Card portfolio growth and profitability to ensure consistency with company direction and target.
  5. Post campaign analysis and monitoring to measure the effectiveness of the portfolio campaigns.
  6. Work closely with relevant parties for process and/or system enhancement required to comply with any government or company direction.
  7. Manage A&P expenses and ensure campaigns/programs and processes are executed effectively and efficiently.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in credit card portfolio management or a similar role in the banking/financial services industry.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
  4. Proven track record of successfully managing credit card portfolios and driving growth.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Proficiency in using data analysis and reporting tools.
  7. Knowledge of credit card regulations and compliance requirements.
