Job Description:
- Prepare and execute underlying fund administrator documents for subscription, redemption, and transfer trades for clients.
- Prepare AML and KYC packages as required by the respective administrators of the underlying funds.
- Respond timely to email queries from third parties and internal groups.
- Ensure custody trades are executed as per deadlines without exceptions.
- Prepare and execute wires for settlement of custody trades.
- Confirm all trades are accepted by the underlying fund/administrator.
- Independently resolve queries and issues from third parties related to executed trades.
Qualifications:
- University degree in an accounting field.
- Relevant experience with another fund administrator within the fund accounting space or the Investor Operations/relations team.
- Proficiency with Adobe PDF.
- Understanding of the Fund of Fund business is an advantage.
- Investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
