JOB PURPOSE

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement methodologies and a keen ability to leverage technology in enhancing business performance. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  1. Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate waste.
  4. Lead initiatives to automate processes using relevant technologies, including AI-driven solutions.
  5. Drive the adoption of digital tools and platforms to enhance operational capabilities.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
  7. Facilitate and work with Data Analyst to develop dashboards and visualizations to facilitate real-time monitoring of operational performance.
  8. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team capability in process improvement techniques.
  9. Support project management activities, providing coordination and oversight for various initiatives.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations management or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in business excellence, operations management, or a related field.
  3. Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
  4. Strong understanding of automation technologies and digital transformation strategies.
  5. Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, etc.) and statistical analysis with the ability to interpret data and propose/generate actionable insights.
