  • Expected salary: RM9,000 per month
Responsibilities
  • Conceptual Design: Develop and execute conceptual designs for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services.
  • Work closely with the Design Team to create technical proposals.
  • Manage procurement processes, budgeting, estimation, and contract administration, including quantity measurement.
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, detailed pricing breakdowns, bills of quantities, and other necessary documentation.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of tender requirements, including scope of work, pricing schedules, and non-material requirements.
  • Attend site meetings and coordinate with various stakeholders before the tendering process.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge (ASK)

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Over 2 years of M&E experience in the interior design or construction industry (preferred).
  • Familiarity with government regulations related to M&E installations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD.
