PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
As an enabler of the Intelligent Enterprise in the Experience Economy, the SAP Adoption Services Center organization helps our customers to run at their best. Our services, support, and tools guide, simplify, and accelerate our customers' journey towards becoming intelligent enterprises with SAP's digital platform, intelligent suite, and intelligent technologies.
Within the S/4HANA Cloud team, we work as a global organization to support our customers across their full lifecycle. Our purpose is to apply knowledge to empower our customers and ecosystem to achieve their business outcomes.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As an Associate Finance Consultant within ASC S/4HANA Cloud, you will guide our customers to success with their cloud transformation. The role requires a deep understanding of the S/4HANA Cloud business processes across functional borders, as well as a service-oriented attitude with the aim to achieve customer success. The Associate Finance Consultant role is critical for our customers and SAP's success and is accountable for the overall services and support engagement and successful delivery of ASC services.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required skills:
• Cloud mindset with focus on ensuring continuous adoption, customer success and references for S/4HANA Cloud customers.
• Expertise in the configuration and implementation of Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Profitability Analysis (COPA), Material Ledger (ML), and Asset Accounting (AA).
• Finance experience or Financial background in constructive discussions from a business perspective.
• Industry business knowledge and experience that can provide consulting to at least one industry.
• Problem-solving ability, such as presenting countermeasures to customers and leading them to solutions.
• Malaysian communication skills to build good relationships with employees and customers, along with English communication skills for collaboration within the SAP Group.
Preferred skills:
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
• SAP Finance & Accounting Solution Architect design experience a plus.
• Experience in Cloud solutions (Roadmaps, Security, Integration) is a plus.
WORK EXPERIENCE
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience; demonstrated knowledge / expertise of at least one industry / solution segment.
• 1 to 3 years customer-facing experience in a consulting capacity.
• Any ERP or SAP product delivery experience is preferred.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
Regular Full Time

30-90% Travel expected.
