- A deep understanding of brand storytelling and how to visually communicate a brand's essence through animation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in creative and technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team setting.
- Experience in OOH/DOOH advertising or similar fields is a plus.
- Lead the 3D animation process from concept to execution, including modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and rendering.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design visually compelling 3D animations for OOH, DOOH, and FOOH projects.
- Work on high-profile campaigns that require creative problem-solving, innovation, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Oversee and mentor junior 3D artists, providing guidance on best practices, technical skills, and creative direction.
- Ensure the technical quality of assets and final animations, maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship.
- Use Blender and other industry-standard tools to create photorealistic and stylized 3D content.
- Optimize 3D assets and workflows for efficient production, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in 3D animation and continuously explore new tools, techniques, and technologies.
- Work closely with clients and the internal team to interpret brand visions and translate them into impactful visual stories.
