Salary: RM2000 - RM2400 per month (Depending on experience)

Job Scope:

Shop Maintenance:

  1. Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Stock Inventory Management:

  1. Oversee stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and manage reordering of supplies.

Customer Service:

  1. Provide excellent service, assist customers with inquiries and purchases, and handle customer complaints efficiently.

Coordination with Supervisor:

  1. Work closely with the supervisor to implement store policies, meet sales targets, and ensure smooth daily operation.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a retail role is required.
  2. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  3. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  5. Basic knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising.
  6. Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
  7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  8. Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
