Responsibilities:- Actively promote products through marketing activities, including presentations, seminars, and training for sales offices, distributors, dealers, consultants, and direct customers.
- Gain in-depth expertise on the product range and effectively promote it.
- Collect market information and conduct feasibility studies on competitors' products, making technical and commercial comparisons.
- Evaluate and conduct feasibility studies on developing new products for different market requirements.
- Assist the sales department with submissions, presentations, and product information.
- Develop product literature, including sales sheets, catalogues, brochures, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the regional or operations manager.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
- Strong technical knowledge in HVAC and air conditioning systems.
- Proactive with strong networking and communication skills.
- Able to conduct seminars and technical presentations independently.
- Able to work as a team leader to guide junior sales engineers.
- Experience in product development and management is an added advantage.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
- Willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
