Role Objective: As a Strategic Marketing Manager of Infusion Therapy, you will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives, product training, and relationship management to achieve market share and profitability in Malaysia and Brunei.
Your key responsibilities:
- Manage the marketing mix for the designated product range to achieve market share and profitability.
Marketing:
- Develop and evaluate marketing plans and strategies for existing and new products.
- Monitor and analyze competitor products and marketing activities.
Training:
- Identify product training needs and develop training materials for internal product training.
- Conduct routine product competency assessments for relevant roles.
Relationship Management:
- Develop relationships with customer groups and professional bodies.
- Support sales activities within key hospitals as per agreed strategies.
Management:
- Manage marketing expenses within approved guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry guidelines.
Leadership:
- Lead team members through directing and mentoring.

What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 8+ years of product management experience in healthcare.
- Experience in people management/leadership.
- Strong presentational skills and attention to detail.
