Junior Accounts Executive / Accounts Officer

- Handles daily accounting related functions.

- Assists in preparing manufacturing/trading/servicing accounts.

- Assists in preparing costing.

- Maintains good records of accounting entries.

- Prepares payment and staff claim matters of the company.

- Handles AP & AR.

- Prepares and reconciles AP & AR schedules.

- Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Minimum diploma in Accounting or Fresh Graduate.

- Computer literate with good knowledge of Accounting applications and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, etc.

- Able to work with minimum supervision while maintaining focus, productivity, and deadlines.

- Positive attitude, energetic approach, and self-motivation are essential.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
