We are seeking a highly motivated, Experienced Sales and Marketing candidates for the position of Business Managers, Senior Executives and Executives to join our team. Candidates with experience in the Healthcare Industry will be preferred.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the promotion, marketing, and sales of a range of medical equipment such as Radiology, Dental, Critical care, and Sterilization Range of Equipment for Universities and health facilities. This role involves developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Our target markets comprise of local Government, Private sectors, and International Markets.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Present and demonstrate the biomedical products to potential clients.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote the biomedical products.
  • Develop marketing and promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including social media, website, and email marketing.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
Product Knowledge
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the biomedical products and their features/functions.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and other competitive products.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and upselling opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product manufacturer development team based on customer inputs.
  • Work closely with other departments, including product manufacturer development and technical services, to ensure a seamless and upscale customer experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall business strategy and productivity.
Job Requirements:Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the medical devices industry.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, digital marketing tools, and platforms.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and data.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical Knowledge
  • Familiarity with biomedical devices such as autoclaves, dental chairs, etc. is an advantage.
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory requirements is an advantage.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The job is performed indoors in a traditional office setting. Occasionally travel to state office and customer premises (clinic).
