This role is perfect for someone who has a solid understanding of accounting principles, is eager to learn, and wants to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.Reconcile bank statements and monitor company expenditures.Handle staff expense claims, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.Support the finance team in audits and compliance-related matters.Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring completeness and accuracy.Assist in preparing tax filings and statutory reporting.Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned.Experience in using QuickBooks and handling agency accounts will be an added advantage.QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Job DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Advertising ServicesNote: This description retains the original job information and context while improving structure and readability.
