Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are excited to welcome an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career in recruitment and human resources. You will gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, and training, while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with business leaders to plan the number of interns and fresh graduates needed in the coming years.
  2. Promote the company's employer brand and culture to students.
  3. Stay up to date on campus recruitment trends, suggest improvements, assist with data reporting, and support internal optimization to enhance overall hiring effectiveness.
  4. Deliver full spectrum of the recruitment process (end-to-end), including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  5. Provide onboarding support to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  6. Support the organization and delivery of new hire training sessions.
  7. Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with universities and their career services departments.
  8. Contribute to other HR-related activities, such as employee engagement initiatives and maintaining accurate HR records.

What We're Looking For

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  2. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about recruitment and HR practices.
  3. Currently studying or recently graduated; open to all majors.
  4. Familiar with your own or target university environment; experience in student organizations, student council, campus ambassador programs, or mentorship programs is a plus.
  5. Strong communication skills and approachable personality; comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
  6. Interest in recruitment, human resources, or the education industry is a strong advantage.
  7. Interns must be available for a minimum of three consecutive months; full-time candidates should be available to start as soon as possible.
