Teamcenter Developer and Support Engineer
We are looking for a Teamcenter Developer and Support Engineer who can provide strong technical support, maintain good customer relationships, resolve issues within defined SLA timelines, and coordinate with internal teams and users for approved deployments and status updates.

Essential Job Functions :
Provide first-level support for Siemens Teamcenter incidents and requests.
Investigate issues, analyze logs, and provide solutions or workarounds.
Support Teamcenter configuration, workflows, ACLs, BMIDE, preferences, and queries.
Assist with ITK, SOA, RAC, and Active Workspace customization.
Write basic Java, C/C++, and MS SQL Server code or queries.
Coordinate testing, approval, and deployment of changes.
Maintain issue logs, resolution records, and support reports.
Communicate progress clearly with customers and internal teams.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of Java, C/C++, and SQL.
Interest in manufacturing, PLM, CAD, BOM, or enterprise systems.
Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Willingness to learn Siemens Teamcenter technologies.
Teamcenter specific skills:
Experience in Teamcenter development, configuration, and support.
Strong knowledge of Java, C/C++ and MS SQL Server.
Knowledge of Teamcenter modules, BMIDE, workflows, ACL, preferences, queries, and data model.
Experience in Teamcenter ITK customization using C/C++.
Experience in Teamcenter SOA or related customization using Java.
Ability to write and analyze queries in MS SQL Server for troubleshooting and support.
Experience in Teamcenter ITK, SOA, RAC customization, or Active Workspace customization.
Understanding of incident management, SLA handling, and production support process.
Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
Good communication skills for customer interaction and internal coordination.
Ability to document issue analysis, root cause, and resolution clearly.
Basic understanding of the deployment process and change management.

Preferred Skills :
Exposure to Siemens Teamcenter, PLM, CAD, ERP, or manufacturing systems.
Basic knowledge of Teamcenter ITK, SOA, BMIDE, workflows, or Active Workspace.
Familiarity with MS SQL Server, Windows/Linux, Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps.
